UCLA SEISMO LAB HOME PAGE
This page is under construction...
The UCLA Seismology Lab is located on the first floor of the Geology Building in the UCLA Department of Earth and Space Sciences. The many facilities of the lab are shared by the acedemic research groups and professional researchers who research seismology at UCLA. The most recent additions to the lab are the 6 new computers which were added in the summer of 1997: a Pentium Pro, 3 Ultra Sparcs, and 2 Sparc Ultra 2s, one of which is responsible for hosting this page.
If you are not a geophysicist, you may be surprised by what is done in a seismology lab, and we encourage you to look at the descriptions of the projects which the lab has been working on.
